Working with leading General Contractors Brasfield & Gorrie, BL Harbert & Dunn Building Company, Tammy and her team completed many projects to include Birmingham Shuttlesworth Airport Administration Building, Birmingham Social Security Administration, Dynetics, Redstone Arsenal, Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge, Hampton Inn, Leeds, AL, Calera, AL, Guntersville, AL, HIE, Sheraton, Tutwiler Hotel and State Farm Corporate.

Through years of hotel development and renovations, Tammy developed strong relationships with hotel owners and investors that were acquiring and disposing of their assets. Having gained confidence of those clients prompted Tammy to develop a successful turn-key consulting service to include locating desired hotels, quoting required Franchise PIPS, scheduling contractors, placing qualified property management and providing funding resources for acquisitions and brand upgrades. Offering this high level of management, planning and execution, has gained her recognition as a top professional in her industry.

Wendy began her career in hospitality real estate in 1994 immediately following college where she joined an Atlanta-based brokerage firm concentrating on client relations, sales support and hotel market research. After 5 years, Wendy took a position as Operations Manager for a Web-based software solutions company for the corporate real estate industry. In 2001, she returned to hotel brokerage where she has been involved in nearly every type and size of disposition transactions.

Throughout her career, Wendy has been involved in all facets of the hospitality transaction process including investor relations, asset valuation, acquisition & disposition with a focus on both single asset and portfolio sales. Currently acting as a Senior Hospitality Broker with Avison Young Hospitality, Wendy has over 20 years in the hospitality real estate industry, most recently as a partner with Hotel AG for 9 years before it sold to Avison Young in January 2017. She is a graduate of Georgia State University and holds the prestigious CCIM industry designation.
